Try to get the quieter persons involved

Less sessions so more time can be concentrated on afternoon topics. Would have liked examples related to our work at Labour department and guidance or tools to encourage behavioral change. Not sure what to do differently.

The format did not accommodate passive personalities or the support staff. It should either have activities for writing our opinion on a paper or small group role play that are discussed.

I believe that NTI should do a session for each section of the Ministry of Labour and have a way to check or monitor changes.
