Facilitator
May Hinds Consulting is a Barbados-based regional consulting company specializing in tourism and organisational planning and development.
Founded in 1982, the firm has executed several and varied technical assistance projects in the travel, tourism and hospitality industries across 19 countries in the Caribbean region on behalf of regional and international funding agencies such as the Organization of American States (OAS), Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). These projects were executed in collaboration with international consulting firms, regional governments (ministries and statutory corporations) as well as the private sector (national tourism and hotel associations and chambers of commerce).
Since 2000 May Hinds Consulting Inc. has successfully developed, designed, implemented and evaluated Service and Business Excellence Interventions for a number of enterprises across productive sectors and areas of business (travel, tourism and hospitality, retail, ground transportation, manufacturing, healthcare, legal, real estate and educational institutions).
